Thanks for purchasing our products at GiftVault. Providing the product purchased is NOT a made to order or bespoke item you will be eligible for a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase and notify by email the GiftVault support team within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

GiftVault may collect and process the following information about you:

When you make a purchase on the website, by phone, email or paper-based communication. We maintain a record of your transaction history but will not retain your credit card details.

IP addresses – we use IP addresses to help identify those using our website to gather broad demographic information for reporting purposes. The use of IP addresses is also used to help diagnose problems with our server and may also be used to assist in the detection of fraud. In this instance GiftVault may pass this information to the police.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your Personal Data to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
